Refund policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original, resaleable condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:
- Cosmetics and earrings
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for change of mind. However, faulty or damaged sale items may still qualify for a remedy.
If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the item and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your return has been approved.
If approved for a change-of-mind exchange or return, we will issue a credit note (store credit) for the value of the item. Refunds to the original payment method are generally not offered for change-of-mind returns.Gifts
- If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, we will issue a gift credit or certificate for the value of the returned item.
- If the gift was not marked as such, we will issue the credit note or refund to the original purchaser.
You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return packages.Please allow reasonable time for your return to reach us and for processing. Delivery times for any replacement item may vary depending on your location.
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
From 1 April 2026, the New Zealand Government will introduce new charges that affect both postal and commercial goods entering New Zealand
Commercial customers: This charge will be applied at a rate of NZD$2.21 per item. The new charge will be applied to low-value goods (at or less than NZD$1,000) and will be charged per consignment.
Postal customers: A new Customs charge will be applied by weight, to all items at a rate of NZD$1.28 per kg + GST.
