How do I light my Everlasting Candle?
- Pour three inches of Pristine Oil® into your vase
- Gently place your candlesticks into the vase
- Allow to soak for thirty minutes, then light and enjoy!
Can essential oils be added to make the candle fragrant?
Essential oils create soot in the air when they burn, and over time that soot clogs the candlesticks. Everlasting Candles are designed to be used only with Pristine Oil® for clean-burning, reusable candlelight. Please don't mix, use or add any other ingredients to the oil.
Can a different oil be used?
Everlasting Candles have been designed and tested to be used only with Pristine Oil®. Pristine Oil® has a flammability rating of zero and is not a combustible fuel. For safety reasons, only Pristine Oil® should be used with Everlasting Candle Co.® candles.
How do I put the candle out?
Simply blow it out like a birthday candle! A snuffer isn't needed.
How long will the candle last?
Everlasting Candles can be reused over and over again. It's the Pristine Oil® that needs topping up, and every bottle gives 50 hours of candlelight.
What happens if it gets knocked over?
Pristine Oil® has a flammability rating of zero and is not a combustible fuel. If you dropped a match into a bowl of Pristine Oil®, it would simply go out. Like any product with a real flame, always burn candles within sight, never burn them on or near anything that can catch fire, and keep them out of reach of children.
